DIFFERENT WINDOW OPENINGS

Information | Different window openings

The most common openings for windows are:

*Sliding windows: ideal for rooms with little space. Its leaves slide on rails within the frame of the window itself to the left and right, so they do not iopen into the inside of the room when opening.

*Casement windows: the most common system, the window sash rotates on the vertical side, using hinges.

*The tilt and turn window opens in two ways depending on the position of the handle: one horizontally (like normal windows) that reaches practically 180º and the other vertically, with a top opening of approximately 45º.

* Pivotal windows: they rotate around a central axis, designed to be installed in roofs and attics.

* Fixed windows: they cannot be opened.
